Users whose access to Sera has been administratively suspended or terminated are not eligible to use Sera Audio Book, nor are those who are younger than the legal drinking age in their country of residence. If you are using an Account or opening one on behalf of a business, organization, or other legal entity, you warrant that you are an authorized representative of that Entity and have the power to bind that entity to these Terms. You also agree to be bound by these Terms on the Entity's behalf. YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU AGREE TO THE REQUIREMENTS IN THIS SECTION BY USING SERA. Whatever the case, you declare that you are at least 15 years old because Sera is not geared toward younger users.

You understand and agree that our Privacy Policy applies to your use of the Services.

When using Sera Audio Books, you agree to abide by all further posted guidelines, rules, and notices that may from time to time be applicable to particular services and features. All such Guidelines are hereby included in these Terms by reference.

4. The alteration of these terms and conditions

The General Eligibility Agreement, the Prohibited Activity and Content Notice, and any other terms and notices, including the Terms and Conditions, may be changed, modified, added to, or removed at any time by Sera Audio Books. You are aware that by using Sera Audio Books, you will be exposed to content from a variety of sources, and that Sera is not liable for the truthfulness, relevance, or integrity of any such content or the infringement of any third party's intellectual property rights. You agree to relinquish, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies You have or may have against Sera with respect to such content. You further understand and recognize that You may be exposed to content that is unreliable, offensive, indecent, or objectionable. Sera expressly disclaims any and all duty in relation to such content and does not support any opinions, recommendations, or advice made therein.

As a courtesy to users, Sera Audio Books may provide links or references to other websites or services. The information, materials, products, or services found on or available through any such Reference Sites are not endorsed by Sera Audio Books, unless otherwise clearly stated by Sera.
